It is impossible to overstate how wonderful it was working with Megan and Lynneve. They represented us in the selling of our home and in the purchase of our new home. Selling our home proved to be an incredibly stressful situation - I might even have a little PTSD from the whole thing! But, Megan and Lynneve kept the whole thing on track. They were calming and supportive while we freaked out over the delays, and they were professional and courteous toward our buyers agent and lender - until they needed to be firm. We had such a great experience with this team! We worked directly with Megan to buy our very first home last month. Megan walked us through every step and helped us stay on track throughout the whole process. She was flexible and completely understanding when we changed our minds partway through our search and changed what we were looking for altogether. She was great with our two young girls who we brought with us on most of our home tours, and even carried them as needed and helped make them feel a part of the process.
My daughter loved that Megan let her be 'tour guide' a few times as we explored potential houses, and it really helped her feel included. Once we selected a home and our offer was accepted, she stayed on top of all the many deadlines and helped ensure we got everything submitted on time and correctly. We had a few snags getting some contingencies lifted during escrow, and she worked closely with all parties involved to get them resolved correctly and on time. Megan was absolutely outstanding, and though we don't plan on moving again any time soon, we will absolutely use her and Lynneve again whenever we decide to sell and buy in the future. Megan and Lynneve are the most trustworthy and professional team! This was our first time buying a home and the seller's realtor was not the easiest to deal with, but Megan handled everything in such a professional manner and was constantly working hard to make sure the escrow process went as smoothly as possible and kept open communication with us the entire time!
